We suggest you read our Frequently Asked Questions before submitting your inquiry. Or try the USGS Store.

We cannot reply to all questions. Only the Request field is required. Without contact information we cannot reply.  Any Information collected is confidential and subject to terms of our Privacy Statement. There may be a charge for certain data requests.

State Well Log Completion Reports are filed with DEP - 79 Elm St. in Hartford.

Inquiries / Questions / Requests we do not answer:

• We won't write reports or answer test questions for students - This service is not a substitute for studying or library research.
• We can't answer questions with financial impacts.
• We can't recommend products or companies.
• We do not answer questions best addressed by other agencies.  When inquiries are deferred to other sources, it is done to serve the optimum response.
